The Reflection Jar: A Weekly Celebration of Wins

Why Start a Reflection Jar?

In the hustle and bustle of life, it’s easy to overlook the victories we achieve each week. The Reflection Jar serves as a tangible reminder to pause, reflect, and celebrate.

By intentionally acknowledging our wins, we cultivate a positive mindset, fueling motivation and resilience for the journey ahead.

How to Begin:

  • Choose Your Jar: Select a jar or container that resonates with you. It could be a mason jar, a decorative box, or anything that brings joy.
This jar will become a treasure trove of your weekly accomplishments.
  • Weekly Reflection Ritual: Designate a specific time each week for your reflection ritual. It could be Sunday evening, preparing you for the upcoming week, or Friday, wrapping up the week’s achievements.

Reflect and Celebrate:

  • Identify Wins: Take a few moments to recall and write down your wins from the week. These could be personal achievements, professional milestones, or even small victories that brought you joy.
  • Express Gratitude: Alongside your wins, express gratitude for the positive moments and lessons learned during the week.

Capture the Moment:

  • Write each win on a slip of paper, fold it, and place it in the jar. Consider adding a date to each slip to track your progress over the year.
