All Turning Leaves® Affiliate Advocates, Representatives, Coaches, and JV Partners are independent people and business professionals. They are not employed by Turning Leaves®, however, they all have been trained by me, Tricia Parido and have illustrated a desire and ability to walk in the light of our Turning Leaves® Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
TLR Nationally Certified Recovery Coaches have chosen to make service to those in need their profession, part-time or full time. These dedicated individuals embody all the attributes of our Advocates and Representative combined and then some! Each professional has completed the three accredited certification courses and successfully passed all exams for NCRC certification plus the completion of TLR’s Live Free program, engaged in a Mastery session/presentation, and has committed to attending 10 LIVE life skill group sessions. Rates and time requirements do apply.
TLR Certified Representatives are passionate about changing the way addiction services are viewed how the recovery process is perceived and connecting people to services they can trust. Our Representatives are dedicated to illuminating the TLR Mission, Vision, and Core Values along with the life skills, tactics, and practical applications available through our services. At a minimum, each Representative has completed my 3-part series, engaged in a Mastery session/presentation, and has committed to attending 10 LIVE life skill group sessions
TLR Affiliate Advocates are advocates for bringing company awareness because they are passionate about connecting people to life-changing services. Our Affiliate Advocates are Recovery lifestyle enthusiasts with a desire to share their stories and experiences to help others find their version. There is no cost for becoming a TLR Affiliate Advocate we just ask for a commitment to engage share and connect. Each Affiliate Advocate spends at least one hour of 1|1 time with Master Coach Tricia to learn ideal clients and best practices for connection and are invited to experience a complimentary course on the platform.
TLR JV Affiliate Partners are invited into the TLR platforms under special consideration with only the value of their business as it relates to the population served through TLR programs and services. Each provider has been hand-selected by the CEO because their mission vision and core values are in alignment with those held by TLR.
