Just because something is hard, it doesn’t mean it can’t be done.

I see you. You have big goals and dreams that don’t escape your mind. You get motivated and pumped to finally change your life.

You write lists, get organized, take a couple of steps toward actions … and then it hits you.

The overwhelm, the workload, the unforeseeable roadblocks!

All of a sudden things stay the same because the goals and dreams got too hard and the “mundane simple life” is just easier to deal with at the moment.

Here’s the key no one tells you about the hard things that ultimately bring fulfillment into your life.

No, I’m not going to say “it’s HARD” … although it is.

There is only one way through to your goals, and these hard feelings actually get easier as time goes on.

What? Yes, you read that right and allow me to explain.

The key I am going to share with you is this…

Being uncomfortable and experiencing overwhelm is PART of the process.

We are meant to do hard things and push our limits to create expansion and experience a full human life.

I think this is why living in the “comfort zone” is not a very fulfilling way to live in the long run even though it is tempting to stay. This “cozy” and “familiar” spot is not supposed to be a permanent place to live life.

Your life is meant to be experienced, and nobody said life was easy. It is through the tough times of tests and challenges that we find growth and reach a higher potential of ourselves. It shapes us like a diamond under pressure.

If a new situation is uncomfortable, overwhelming, or invokes your courage to come forward, it might be a test from the universe to develop your growth into a higher version of who you are meant to be. Naturally, your intuition will guide you away from situations meant to be avoided (truly unhealthy environments), but your healthy intuition is telling you to move past fear in the situations meant for growth.

The skill to make “doing hard things” look easy and feel more manageable can be developed. This skill, like any other skill, can be practiced with simple routines and techniques to strengthen the ability to do hard things. The hard things make life fun to live, and builds confidence, esteem, focus, and serenity.

Let’s have a conversation to focus on the skills you wish to strengthen, so you can live your life free and do ALL the things you are meant to and dreamed of doing. I love helping people accomplish their goals and getting closer to the life they were placed on this earth to live. Because I used to be there, and I can tell you it’s a lot harder staying small, simple, and easy than taking the hard, uncomfortable steps through overwhelm with courage knowing it’s closer to where you want to be.

I invite you to get uncomfortable and move through the growth. Allow for overwhelm to come visit and leave without losing focus on your goal.

Exercise can be hard. Moving to a new city is hard. Taking a class can be hard. A LOT of things are hard.

But one thing harder in life than these challenging situations is staying stuck in the same small life when you know you are meant for so much more!
