Achieve Clarity in Your Life!

We all have moments where we feel lost and uncertain of what we should do next. Sometimes it can be hard to gain the clarity needed to make our dreams a reality. But it is possible!


That's why today, we're going to be talking about how to gain clarity so that you can live the life you've always wanted! Let's get started.



SET YOUR PRIORITIES

The first step in gaining clarity is to set your priorities. What do you want out of life? What is most important to you? Once you know your priorities, you can begin working on eliminating the obstacles that are preventing you from achieving those goals. But it's important to remember that your priorities may change over time, and that's okay! As long as you're constantly working towards something, you're on the right track.



IDENTIFY AND ELIMINATE STRESSORS


In life, there will always be obstacles. However, these challenges can make us stronger. It's up to you to identify the stressors in your life and begin to eliminate them to achieve the clarity you desire! One way to identify the obstacles in your life is to keep a journal. Whenever you feel stressed or uncertain, write down what is causing those feelings. Once you have identified the obstacles and stressors, think of the best ways to begin lessening or eliminating them from your life.



RECOGNIZING BEHAVIORS & HABITS THAT ARE KEEPING YOU STUCK


It's hard to recognize the habits that sap our clarity. However, there are many behaviors we engage in which work against achieving a state of total awareness and understanding on an inner level.

Here are some examples of unhealthy habits to recognize:

  • Eating unhealthy or binge eating⁠

  • Excessive use of technology⁠

  • Excessive caffeine and/or alcohol consumption - these create a false 'spike' but when it wears off it can cause severe brain fog and confusion.

If any of these sound familiar, try making some changes! For example, if you find yourself eating unhealthy foods when you're feeling stressed, try replacing those foods with healthier options. If you find yourself using technology too much, try setting aside specific times for screen-free activities.

Recognizing the things that sap our energy can be half the battle, so take some time to really think about what habits are keeping you stuck and brainstorm ways to get rid of them. Get Clear on What You Want


It's time to get clear on what YOU want. What makes YOU happy? What do YOU want to achieve? When we get clear on our own wants and needs, we can begin taking steps towards achieving them. Oftentimes we get caught up in what other people want for us or what society tells us we should be doing that we forget what WE want. So take some time for yourself and figure out what makes YOU happy!
